★ Includes 25 wooden 35mm round tags for birthdays and 5 heart shaped tags for anniversaries ready to attach to the board with small jump rings
- Option to have the tags engraved with the name and date (leave names and dates in the notes section), or
- Tags left blank ready for you to hand write the details using a permanent marker
- Additional tags are available on a separate listing sold in lots of 5 or individual
