Each tags is 35mm in size and comes complete with small holes top and bottom and 1 jump ring.  To match the tags to the calendar please choose from the following-

    • tags / hearts are made from bamboo

    Option to have the tags engraved with the name and date (leave names and dates in the notes section)

    Tags left blank ready for you to hand write the details on each with a permanent fine tip marker
