PROCESSING TIME:

All orders are made to order by Mist Designs in our small studio west of Sydney.  We aim to have your order completed within 10 business days, possibly a few days longer during Christmas season. 

To avoid any delay, please ensure information required to complete your order is provided at the time of ordering and is correct.  We generally send artwork for review before production.

If your order is urgent please get in touch and we will see what we can do to accommodate you.

SHIPPING:

We use Australia Post and various courier companies to ship our products.  Your order is packaged and sent with 100% of our love and care to ensure it's safe delivery, however Mist Designs cannot take responsibility for length of shipping times or items that are lost, stolen or damaged during transit or delivery.  

Shipping costs are estimated on size and weight of items. Shipping costs will be calculated at the time of checkout and will be dispatched from our location in Sydney. On some smaller and less fragile items we offer  "large letter" rates from Australia Post providing you with cheaper delivery however these rates do not have tracking and are sent at your own risk.  Again, we cannot be responsible for items lost or delayed during transit.
