Mist Designs specializes in personalized, handcrafted keepsakes for pregnancy and baby occasions, annual/seasonal collections, home decor, pet items, and business/workplace branding like buttons and tags. They focus on custom designs for any occasion, home, or business.
How long does production take?
Production typically takes 5-10 business days, plus shipping time, with extra days during peak periods. Urgent orders can be discussed by contacting the team, and proofs are not sent unless requested.
There may be extend production times during holidays and occasions. We will keep you posted on what that looks like.
What are your shipping options?
Orders ship via Australia Post from the Hawkesbury Region in NSW, with costs based on size and weight calculated at checkout. Tracking is provided for most items; smaller non-fragile items may ship as large letters without tracking at lower cost, but international shipping is not available.
Do you offer order pickups?
Yes, pickups are available from Hawkesbury Region in NSW.

Open Monday to Friday - 9am to 4pm
