**** We take care packaging your items for a safe arrival to you, but please understand that once it is with the postal or courier company it is out of our hands.
Unfortunately Australia Post and Couriers accept heavy parcels therefore at times one of these parcels can be dropped on top or your parcel if it is on the bottom and snap, the cross is broken!
Especially with the medium and large cross, these are very delicate and are packed with a backing board and loads of bubble wrap however these can still get damaged on their journey from us to you.
If you are local, pick up is the best!
